Everly

Built in the early 1900s, this charming home carried history in every corner — including a bathroom that was in need of an update. While the original claw foot tub may have once been beautiful, it was no longer serving this busy family of five. Undersized, plagued with ongoing plumbing issues, lacking a proper tile surround, and paired with a broken curtain system, the space simply wasn’t functional anymore.

In a 1911 home, removing what could be original features is never a decision taken lightly. But thoughtful renovations are about balance and honoring character while improving livability.

We reimagined the entire bathroom with that philosophy in mind.

The layout was refined to improve flow and maximize every square inch. Plumbing challenges were fully addressed to ensure long-term function and peace of mind. New finishes were carefully selected to complement the home’s early 20th-century charm while introducing the durability and practicality a modern family needs.

The result is a bathroom that feels cohesive with the age and character of the home, yet works beautifully for everyday life. Timeless, functional, and thoughtfully designed, this space now supports the family who calls it home.
